The Pleasantville Diner’s menu includes three-egg omelettes such as the eatery's Spanish omelette, gyro omelette,  fresh mozzarella omelette and Pleasantville Fresh Vegetable Omelette. Pancake lovers will appreciate tempting choices such as blueberry, walnut banana and chocolate chip pancakes. The breakfast menu also includes waffles, French toast, bagels and several bakery items baked on the premises.
