Check out some scenes from the lively event.

With heavy thunderstorms last night, it looked like a gloomy forecast for the 7th Annual Pleasantville Music Festival.

But the skies opened up early this morning and made room for a warm, sunny day at Parkway Field in Pleasantville.

Thousands came out to enjoy a day of music...and so much more.

With rides, games, facepaint and more for the younger crowd; and a beer and wine garden with offerings from Pleasantville's own Prospero Winery and Captain Lawrence Brewery, there truly was something for everyone.

Attendees rested in lawn chairs and under tents in the hot sun by the main stage, while listening to sets performed by acts including If But When, Scars on 45, Augustana, Sonny Landreth and more, while taking the occasional break to enjoy a snack from a local vendor or some fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Over in the Beer & Wine Garden, Westchester's Patti Rothberg rocked the stage, along with The ReignJah Band and Geoff Hartwell.

Kid-friendly Patti Hupp performed at the Village Stage, as did Pleasantville natives The Callen Sisters, Nectar and Skyfactor.

Check back tomorrow for a video from the Pleasantville Music Festival.
