Let's call this a modern spin on community planning—a digital drawing board where all ideas are on the table.
In this forum, we will present a vacant space or property and ask you to tell us what you think would be the best use. Forget what zone it's in, ignore setback regulations, dump lot coverage rules and all the other zoning jargon that puts most people to sleep. What would you like to see there? What would be the best use for the community?
This space—469 Bedford Rd.—is located on a busy stretch of road near the intersection of Marble Avenue/Memorial Plaza.
The storefront is adjacent to Integral Health Chiropractic PC and Sir Speedy Printing.
Tell us—in an ideal world, what would you like to see happen to the space? A real estate office? A retail shop? Or something else entirely?

A Facebook reader suggested: "A craft store, with yarn, paint, stencils, fabric etc."
Tell us what you would like to see fill this space in the comments.

I like the craft store idea- like a Flying Fingers type of place. A place where people can gather informally -
