Pleasantville School Board Meeting; Hudson Line Tragedy Update

1. Pleasantville School Board Meeting: The Pleasantville Board of Education will hold its regularly scheduled public meeting Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. in the Pleasantville High School Library Media Center. The board will give its fall athletic season update and hold a community forum.

2. Homework Help: High school volunteers from ECHO (Encouraging Children to Help Others), the community service club at Pleasantville High School, will be available to assist students in grades K through 6 with their daily homework assignments from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Public Library in Pleasantville. Students in grades K through 4 must be accompanied by an adult or teenager (16 years or older).
