2) Lucy Engelhardt of Briarcliff Manor, former Vice President of Nursing at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, will be honored at Phelps' 26th Annual Champagne Ball, to be held on Saturday, Nov. 16 at Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor. Congratulations! More details here.

4) Yorktown's Guiding Eyes for the Blind is now accepting new foster volunteers in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess County for their brood/stud program.
