Zumba for physical and mental health

ZUMBA is truly a 'feel good kind' of workout with music that just allows you to escape from your routine, stress and day to day stuff. I call ZUMBA my great escape! The trick for shedding the calories is really about burning more than you take in. So exercise more and eat just a little bit less. I like to save my sweets and treats for the weekend. During the week, greens, protein and fruit. Come try one of my ZUMBA classes at Addie-Tude performing Arts in Pleasantville 42 Memorial Plaza: Tuesday ZUMBA Gold 11:15 a.m. Thursday ZUMBA 5-6 pm.
