Phil Faranda, Owner-Broker of JPhilip Real Estate in Briarcliff Manor is a National Finalist in Inman News' People's Choice 2013 Innovator of the Year.
Phil grew up in Ossining, and has been a Realtor since 1996. He opened the brokerage in 2005 with Ann Lee Faranda, his partner in life as well as in business. JPhilip Real Estate's main office is on North State Road in Briarcliff, and 30+ agents now call Phil their Broker. He and Ann live in Briarcliff with their four children and their German Shepard Dog, Max.
