Briarcliff Rotary's "Preventative Health And Awareness" Series: Lifestyle And Its Effect on Health and Disease

The Rotary Club of Briarcliff Manor's next presentation in the monthly series, “Preventative Health and Awareness,” will be held on Thursday, Novemebr 14, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at the Briarcliff Library on “Lifestyle and Its Effect on Health and Disease" by Dr. David Dayya.

Dr. Dayya, D.O., M.P.H., practices Family Medicine in Sleepy Hollow.  A graduate of New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry, he employs the Medical Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine in his practice.  This approach applies scientific rigor to the study of complementary and alternative medicine modalities, particularly traditional Asian healing systems.  It emphasizes health outcome, while documenting biological mechanisms of action.

The program is open to the public and admission is free.  For further information, or to suggest speakers/topics for future presentations, please contact Program Coordinator Rotarian Kris Chittur at kchittur@post.harvard.edu.
