You've got nothing to lose and an audience to gain. After you submit your photo of your holiday display on Patch—tentatively starting December 8—Patch users can then vote on the Best Decked House in their neighborhood. The winner of that will represent our villages in the national contest.

Then, Patch judges will vote on the winners from all Patch towns nationwide and select 24 finalists who will compete at the national level. The 24 finalists each will have their electric bills paid by Patch for the month of December, up to $500.

The contest starts soon, so get your house and camera ready! Dates are still tentative, but check back with Patch or click here for more information about the start of the contest.
