Grab a beer in Ossining: Brian Moran and his partner, both from Ossining, have launched a Go Fund Me campaign to crowd-fund a business dream: the Old Sparky Brewing Company, named after none other than the infamous electric chair of Sing Sing prison, which executed 614 men and women until 1963.
