Trump Slapped With Three Lawsuits in One Week

Three lawsuits in one week? Somebody in Donald Trump's camps may soon hear those infamous two words, "You're fired!"

Donald Trump, and his the companies he owns, have been slapped with three lawsuits in the course of a week. 

The New York Post reported on June 23rd  that Stephen Green, head of SL Green Realty Corp, slapped the condo with a slip-and-fall lawsuit.

The lawsuit claims Green slipped on wet marble outside of the gym last October. According to the Post, Green stated the cleaning lady failed to put up a "Caution When Wet"sign after mopping.

Trump World Tower residents are attempting to force out Green and the board president George Sorial said, “He should just move out of the building, because no one likes him anyway.”

Another slip-and-fall suit was filed last Thursday against Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Donald Trump is co-owner of that hotel, along with Harrah's Atlantic City, his partners.

The Pennsylvania Record reports that in the suit the woman claims she slipped on a wet floor in her hotel room at Trump Plaza on the Boardwalk.

Trina Spicer said she was pregnant when the incident occurred May 12, 2012. Spicer claims she suffered permanent injuries from the fall including complications with her pregnancy and delivery. She also said she also suffers from chronic, ongoing back pain.

Spicer is seeking more than $50,000 in damages.

In the third lawsuit this week, a suit against Trump stemming from another water-related issue, flooding on Briarcliff Manor Golf Course. The Journal News reports Briarcliff Manor is suing the Trump National Golf Club and related companies for flooding the village's public pool, library and other properties in 2011.

The lawsuit was filed on Thursday and accuses the golf club and Trump Briarcliff Manor Development in New York City of illegally changing water quality control facilities on its property.

Briarcliff Manor is seeking $238,352.69 for damages from a storm on June 23, 2011 that flooded the are with five inches of rain.

According to Forbes, Donald Trump's net worth is listed at $3.9 billion dollars.
