Patch Picks: The Stay-at-Home Super Bowl

No, we’re not going to tell you who will win the game. We are going to tell you where you can pick up great treats to eat.

Here are our picks for delicious food if the Super Bowl is going to be a home game for you:

AS Fine Foods of Thornwood: A pound for every foot. Anthony Argiro knows “footers” taste best with great salads. Order a one to six foot hero and he will give you, free of charge, one pound of coleslaw, macaroni, or potato salad free for every foot of hero. Prefer Baked Ziti? A full order, usually $40, is only $20 on Sunday, Feb. 6th.

: A half tray order each of Caesar Salad, Penne Vodka and Chicken Parmigiana for $119.95; or a three foot hero (Italian or American) and your choice of ½ tray of chicken wings or potato & macaronis salads, olives, pickles, chips and a 2-liter bottle of soda for $89.95.

: Their current circular is available for on-line browsing and for pre-order. Super Bowl promotions include “The Touchdown Meal,” an 8-piece assortment of fried chicken, one 16oz package of America’s Choice coleslaw, potato or macaroni salad, and a 4-pack of King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls for $9.98 when purchased together.

Super Stop & Shop (46 South Highland Ave. Ossining, (914) 923 6550): Stop & Shop is offering an assortment of specialty goods including circular heroes called Ring Bread platters. These are available with an assortment of house brand meats and cheeses ($39.95) or with Boar’s Head brand provisions. Both platters come with chips, feed 10-12 people and require 2-days notice for preparation.

Sal's Pizza & Pasta (201 Marble Ave.): A free order of Buffalo wings comes with every order of 2 large pizza pies on Sunday, Feb. 6 only.

: Take 10 percent off on anything you order whether it's just one slice or two dinners or a 3-topping large pie. You must mention this 10 percent off special when you place your order. This offer is good through closing on Sunday, Feb. 6.
