Should We Think Before We Eat…Depends on what you are thnking about.

While thinking before eating might seem like a good weight loss strategy a new study suggests it could actually backfire. We are very good at rationalizing things. Researchers from Utrecht University found that we can justify having the cake on account that it has been a hard day.

Ok lets be real. You know you have a goal and are learning to get to that goal. It’s not easy and there are good and bad influences around you. So don’t sabotage yourself. You are working to hard to be your own enemy. Don’t set yourself up for failure.
