  • Get a new job

  • Eat healthier

  • Manage stress

  • Stop smoking

  • Improve a relationship

  • Stop procrastinating

  • Set aside time for yourself

  • I would bet that this list hasn’t changed much from year to year. So what gives? Why do people make a resolution when they won’t keep it? Do they really need an app to help them? And according to some reports, 88% fail! Human brains can’t handle new year resolutions because resolutions require too much brain power which is needed for all the other tasks at hand. (Does that really make any sense if we use less than 10% of our brain capabilities?)

    What’s the answer?

Don’t make resolutions. Instead TRANSFORM your life and change the way you think and act, develop positive habits to get positive results in your life. You have infinite power...you just need to find and direct it.

How do I know that you have infinite power? Because I see it everyday...whether teaching Taekwondo or facilitating a TRANSFORMATION workshop through Empowered Mastery Consultants.  I see students learn how to harness and direct their inner strength to achieve goals and conquer challenges.

Is it easy? Yes and No. Yes because there are steps you can take to find your inner strength. And No because it takes time, focus, hard work, perseverance, and the willingness to change, develop positive habits and overcome challenges.

This is what I love about Taekwondo and why Taekwondo can help you grow. Taekwondo can become a positive habit. To progress to each belt, a student needs to invest time, focus, hard work, and perseverance, learning and practicing how to live a Black Belt life.

Stop making resolutions. Develop positive habits to transform your life.
