Residents in Pleasantville have been advised to stay off the roads after a state of emergency was declared earlier today.
The Town of Ossining, which currently has 58 Con Edison customers without power, is also in a state of emergency as of 5 p.m. this evening.
Nearby in Mount Pleasant, 771 customers are without power. Con Edison has estimated power to be restored by midnight.
