The DOT reported both areas were reopend as of 2:45 a.m. Wednesday.

The Saw Mill River Parkway's northbound lanes were shut down at Marble Avenue in Thornwood just before, 4:30 p.m. today, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
Shortly afterward, the southbound lanes at Manville Road were also closed due to flooding.
The lanes remained closed and DOT vehicles remained on the roadway as of 10 p.m. Tuesday.
