The  is owned and operated by John Chambal, a career-long catering industry veteran.

"Everything is all-natural," he told Patch when Good Food first opened last summer.

Chambal brings fresh specials to the restaurant every day, like today's Jamaican jerk sandwich with mango slaw on a whole wheat sourdough bun, "that I make fresh," he said.

The Memorial Day weekend menu is still in the works, but Chambal said it will include a variety of traditional dishes from veggie burgers and "Texas-style ribs" to sides like corn-on-the-cob, grilled vegetables and watermelon, as well as original dishes like chili lime chicken and miso-glazed salmon.

Salad options will include cous cous will dill, feta cheese, tomatoes; olives and quinoa with dried cranberries and peas; roasted corn and broccolini salad and potato salad with string beans and dijon vinaigrette.

Orders for Memorial Day weekend parties should be placed by Wednesday, May 23.

"Let us cater your Memorial Day party—order and come pick it up," Chambal said.
