Ballet for Young Audiences: Snow White at the White Plains Performing Arts Center

Two Performances on April 12: 11am and 2pm

Ballet for Young Audiences is dedicated to reaching youngsters of all ages and backgrounds to stimulate their cultural growth by exposing them to different areas of theater,particularly dance, as it transcends all economic and language barriers.  The company includes a group of professional dancers from NYC under the direction of Edwin Kinter and presents full stage productions, featuring beautiful dancers, exquisite scenery and costumes and compelling drama, fully narrated to ensure understanding of the dance vocabulary fornewer audiences.
BYA’s new production of Snow White is based on the Grimm tale about a beautiful princess and an envious step-queen who is determined to destroy her. It also features seven comical dwarves, three princes, four children and a narrator.
