The Energy of Everything: QiGong

QiGong is an ancient Chinese discipline for the cultivation of health through mastery of "qi"- the internal energy essential to both Chinese medical theory and to all life. QiGong literally means Energy Work.  QiGong draws upon an ability to manipulate energy through ancient Chinese traditional techniques to assist in restoring metaphysical energetic balance and increased vitality to an individual.


 
QiGong is also the power and philosophy behind the Kung Fu Martial Arts.



In this seminar we'll teach you a little QiGong and explain how the Chinese believe energy creates the Universe. We'll answer some of your questions about things you may have heard about:

Lisa K. has a Masters in Metaphysical Sciences, is a certified Medical Qigong Practitioner (MQP) and is certified in Integral Energetics from the Institute of Integral Qigong and TaiChi. She is also a first degree black sash in TaiChi Chuan. 


Sifu Tom McCusker is a Shaolin Kung Fu expert with over 30 years of experience in the traditional art of Chinese self defense.   He teaches TaiChi, QiGong and other internal and external arts of Kung Fu at CMAEC, where he is the owner and master teacher.
