QiGong is an ancient Chinese discipline for the cultivation of health through mastery of "qi"- the internal energy essential to both Chinese medical theory and to all life. QiGong literally means Energy Work.  QiGong draws upon an ability to manipulate energy through ancient Chinese traditional techniques to assist in restoring metaphysical energetic balance and increased vitality to an individual.

QiGong is also the power and philosophy behind the Kung Fu Martial Arts.

In this seminar we'll teach you a little QiGong and explain how the Chinese believe energy creates the Universe. We'll answer some of your questions about things you may have heard about:

  • How do you use QiGong to stay healthy?

  • What is the Yin-Yang where does it come from?

  • How did TaiChi heal millions of people in China?

  • What does Water, Earth and Fire have to do with the body and Kung Fu?

  • What are those magic acupuncture points?

  • What does the Bagua symbol mean?

  • Why is QiGong the secret to Kung Fu?

We'll answer all these questions and teach you the simple moves of QiGong that help cultivate, clear and move your energy, keep your body healthy and your martial arts better!
