Living Art Event in Ossining

The visual and dramatic arts will converge in a unique, must-see performance at the Steamer Company Firehouse Gallery on Saturday, October 19, when selected works of art by members of the Ossining Arts Council will come to life.

The event is a creative endeavor between the Ossining Arts Council (OAC) and the Westchester Collaborative Theater (WCT), which has commissioned original plays inspired by six of the works in the exhibit.  Talented actors will perform each play. No one in the audience will know which painting will be dramatized ... until it happens.

There will be four guided tours throughout the day, beginning at 12 p.m.  The final tour will culminate in a reception at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Tickets are $15 for the tours and $25 for a tour and the reception.  For further information and to purchase tickets, visit either www.ossiningartscouncil.org or www.wctheater.org.
