United Way of Westchester and Putnam is proud to announce the Women's Leadership Council's inaugural event. This new group of local, influential women aims to help other women in our communities attain economic self-sufficiency for themselves and their families. The council's first happening will kick off at the Trump National Golf Club in Briarcliff Manor on Thursday, December 5, 2013, and will feature speaker Rebecca "Becky" Halstead, a retired US Army Brigadier General.
