~ My class is a great cardio workout filled with fun and easy to learn moves which I make easy to follow. We will dance with the ZUMBA formula which incorporates intermittent training; high and low intensities. Sweat, burn, tone, smile, laugh, enjoy! … and that's why it's exercise in disguise.
