Joe Carvin Endorsed for Congress by Rockland County Legislator Frank Sparaco

Another Carvin Campaign Endorsement - This from Rockland County Legislator and Minority Leader Frank Sparaco

JOE CARVIN ENDORSED BY ROCKLAND COUNTY LEGISLATOR
FRANK SPARACO
"We need a representative who can jumpstart the
economy and Joe is our guy"

New City, NY-June 12...Businessman and Rye Town Supervisor Joe Carvin was today endorsed by Rockland County Legislator and Minority Leader Frank Sparaco in his campaign for the 17th Congressional District.

"Joe Carvin is uniquely qualified to represent us in Congress," said Mr. Sparaco. "His decades of business experience and record making town government more efficient is precisely what is needed today in Washington. We need a representative who can jumpstart the economy and Joe is our guy."

Mr. Carvin has cut taxes every year since being in office and has reduced town expenditures by 25 percent. He refused to take a salary and commissioned a study to eliminate his own job by pursing the dissolution of Rye Town as a redundant level of government.

"Maybe President Obama thinks the economy is doing fine, but Rockland residents are suffering under the tax and spend policies that are killing jobs and giving us insurmountable levels of debt," said Mr. Carvin. "This election is a wakeup call for our country. We cannot continue to elect the same people to office and expect a different result."

I am elated for you, Joe. I knew from way back when you never stopped 'pounding the pavement' the old fashioned way, as my Dad did, that you were destined for great things. There was never a day when you were not greeting the commuters from the PC train station while we waited for the train to GCS. Cheers to a successful campaign. Best regards.

Frank, how will he jump start the economy from a single Congressional seat.? The entire Congress,, controlled by Republicans were unable to do it and this guy would do it as a freshman congressman? Sorry to ask you a hard question Frankie, but HOW WILL HE DO IT? I don't expect an answer since you have no idea but it is good to see you support a Republican for a change. How is your boy Chris St Lawrence, the scourge of Ramapo doing.

HEY Joe: Having the support of Vinny P-Coat Reda and Frankie Gumballs Sparaco is the kiss of death. You should be more principled than that crew.

YES HE DID Joe Carvin maybe the best the republican party has to offer, but he did fail to pay over $90,000 in state income taxes three of the last six years–that's a fact. And he did vote to elect President Obama, who has a current approval rating of 12% among republicans: http://www.gallup.com/poll/155042/Obama-Averages-Job-Approval-May.aspx.
