The Rotary Club of Briarcliff Manor participated in the Memorial Day Parade in the Village today, May 27, 2013. Rotarian President Kris Chittur, and President-Elect Anne Marie Cargill were accompanied by Rotarians Scott Lanoff (with his children Sam and Alex Lanoff), Paul Rosen, Mark Seiden (with his children Ben and Rachel Seiden), Sy Yuter, and Richard Zuckerman. The Parade began at 1210 Pleasantville Road, wound its way through down town, and culminated in the usual ceremonies at the Law Park. On behalf of the Club , Rotarian Sy Yuter, a veteran of the Second World War himself, laid a wreath to honor the sacrifices of our men and women in uniform. The Briarcliff Rotary is proud to be part of this community and pay its respects to the memory of those who sacrificed so much so that we may enjoy our freedom.
