It is now December 2 and leaves have still only been collected in our section of Briarcliff ONLY ONCE – many weeks ago.
This is an absolutely unacceptable level of service. As taxpayers we are left to wonder: Is there a management failure? Is there a labor issue/short-fall? Is there an equipment issue?

The Village Manager has made numerous empty promises and statements regarding accelerating leaf collections, weekend pickups and more. Worse, the Village Code Enforcement Officer has found the time to make the rounds to issue warnings and tickets. Talk about chutzpah.

An acceptable level of service would be weekly collection at every Village address, with a published schedule so we know our pickup day as we know our trash and recycling pickup days.
