Felony Charges for Alleged Sidewalk Vandals in Briarcliff Manor

With an estimated $20,000 in on North State Road between Route 9A and Pleasantville Road last week, two Briarcliff Manor youths have been charged with felony criminal mischief.

According to police reports, a employee notified the  on Wednesday morning that the contractor working at the site discovered someone had damaged the property overnight by walking in the wet concrete.

Police previously told Patch two local youths were caught at the scene.

Two Briarcliff Manor residents, ages 16 and 15, were arrested the following day at 8:29 a.m. in police headquarters.

The two, each charged with a felony, were issued family court appearance tickets.
