Ossining Police charged a local man with felony drug possession charges after he was found with a "felony weight" quantity of crack cocaine he allegedly intended to sell.

Lt. William Sullivan reports Brian C. Reiniger, 43, of South Highland Avenue in Ossining, was arrested on August 19 at 1:40 p.m. after police saw him driving with a cracked car windshield on Broadway.

Police allegedly found him in possession of crack cocaine, enough meriting a felony charge, Sullivan said, though he could not specify just how much that was.

Reiniger was charged with two counts of fourth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

He was held pending arraignment and then taken to Westchester County Jail, police said.

Note: An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
