Ossining Man Charged with Trespassing in Pleasantville

Police said the man refused to leave an apartment.

A domestic dispute led to an arrest in Pleasantville, according to police.

Police responded to a Lincoln Avenue apartment at 5:15 p.m. last Saturday after receiving a report of an argument at the address.

Responding officers said a 44-year-old Ossining man was refusing to leave the apartment.

He was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespassing, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct.
