Peekskill Man Charged with DWI in Mount Pleasant

A 56-year-old Peekskill resident faces a Driving While Intoxicated charge in the Town of Mount Pleasant after he was allegedly found to be operating a vehicle with a BAC of 0.11 percent.

New York State Police stopped a vehicle drven by Johnson Foy, Jr. on the Sprain Brook Parway in Mount Pleasant yesterday at approximately 7:10 p.m.

He reportedly was seen "moving from [a] lane unsafely" by state police.

Following the arrest for DWI, Foy was processed and released. He is due in Town of Mount Pleasant Court on August 9.
