Pleasantville Man Charged with DWI in North Castle
The 39-year-old was stopped on I-684 early Saturday morning, police said.
A Pleasantville man was swerving out of his lane and had smoke coming from his vehicle before New York State Police pulled him over early Saturday morning, according to a press release.
A 39-year-old resident of Pleasantville was stopped at approximately 2:50 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 684 in North Castle.
Police said he refused to take a chemical test, but a "subsequent investigation revealed" he was intoxicated.
The Pleasantville man was issued tickets and is due in North Castle Town Court on September 17.
