Pleasantville Police Blotter: Grocery Store Employee Charged with Larceny

Sunday, July 1

1:13 p.m. — A man called police to report his vehicle had been stolen while parked on Washington Avenue. Read more about the incident .

Thursday, June 28

10:56 a.m. — Police received a call from a resident who reported seeing a suspicious person at the . The caller stated the man was out on the track speaking with kids. Police responded to the scene and spoke with the man. He told police he was waiting to meet with his attorney and decided to exercise on the track.

12:12 a.m. — A Country Club Lane resident called police to report seeing a group of youths hanging out at the . Police responded to the area and spoke with the group.

Tuesday, June 26

3:40 p.m. — Police arrested a female employee. She is charged with petit larceny at the grocery store.

8:45 a.m. — An attempted burlgary was reported at . Read more about the incident .

5:29 a.m. — Police stopped a vehicle on Bedford Road and charged the driver, a 39-year-old Ossining man, with driving with a suspended driver's license.
