Pleasantville Police Blotter: Missing Lexus; Briarcliff Man Accused of Shoplifting

Sunday, June 10
8:09 p.m. — A woman reported her wallet had been stolen from her purse. She later called back to report finding her wallet.

Friday, June 8
7:50 p.m. — An employee of reported multiple youths who had previously been banned from the property had returned. Police responded to the scene and reported the group left without incident.

7:41 a.m. — An iPod was reported stolen. The iPod was later reportedly recovered.
Thursday, June 7
11:00 p.m. — A 20-year-old Pleasantville man was arrested for allegedly punching someone in the face. He is charged with Assault in the Third Degree and was scheduled to appear in village court on Wednesday.
11:55 a.m. — A 20-year-old Briarcliff Manor man was arrested in police headquarters. The man, a former employee, is alleged to have stolen items from his former place of employment.
Tuesday, June 5
4:36 p.m. — A Manville Road resident reported someone had allegedly walked on top of a vehicle overnight, causing visible damage. A report of the alleged criminal mischief was filed.
2:47 p.m. — Police received a report of a larceny from at least three vehicles parked overnight on Bedford Road, where gas was siphoned from the cars by an unknown person(s).
8:22 a.m. — A Mountain Road resident reported a 2010 Lexus was stolen from the home's driveway. The alleged larceny is under investigation.
Monday, June 4
5:50 p.m. — A Grandview Avenue resident reporting several items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Police are investigating the alleged larceny.
