Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the Pleasantville Police Department from Oct. 8 — 14, 2012:
Sunday, Oct. 14
11:37 a.m. — A stray dog was reported in the village. It was transported to the SPCA of Westchester in Briarcliff Manor.
4:00 a.m. — A Pierce Drive resident called police and reported there was an unwanted man at his home. By the time police responded to the scene, the man had left with a friend.
3:08 a.m. — Police received a report of a loud group in front of Michael's Tavern. They were dispersed without incident.
Saturday, Oct. 13
9:43 p.m. — Police received a complaint about a group of youths hanging out on Wheeler Avenue. They were dispersed without incident.
Friday, Oct. 12
6:39 a.m. — A man was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Pleasantville and Bedford Road and was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Wednesday, Oct. 10
10:27 a.m. — A resident reported that his bank card had been used without his authorization by someone in Massachusetts. Police filed a report of the alleged fraud.
Tuesday, Oct. 9
12:20 p.m. — A Nannahagan Road resident reported that while construction was going on at her home, she noticed her Nook was missing. Police filed a report of the alleged larceny.
