Police: Pleasantville Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI

State police arrested a 53-year-old man after stopping him on the Sprain Brook Parkway, claim he had a BAC level of .26 percent, or more than three times the legal limit.

A Pleasantville man was arrested early Saturday and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (DWI) after being pulled over on the Sprain Brook Parkway, according to New York State Police.

Police from the Hawthorne barracks pulled over Sean McConway, 53, at around 2:05 a.m. after he allegedly made an unsafe move from a lane. McConway, who was pulled over at the Greenburgh section of the parkway, is alleged to have given a .26-percent blood alcohol content (BAC) level, or three times the legal limit.

McConway is due in Greenburgh's town court on May 6.
