State Police Charge 2 with DWI in Mount Pleasant

Drunk driving an drug arrests were recently reported by New York State Police in Mount Pleasant.

Here's a look at some of the recent arrests performed by New York State Police in Mount Pleasant:

A Fishkill man faces a felony-level Driving While Intoxicated charge after police stopped the vehicle he was driving on August 30.

According to a press release from New York State Police, 31-year-old Dominick Bermudez refused to submit to a sobriety test.

He is due to appear in Town of Mount Pleasant Court on September 27.

A week prior, a 25-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested in the Town for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated, according to state police. He was scheduled to appear in Town Court on September 5.

On August 3, a Bronx man was arrested on three charges by state police in Mount Pleasant.

Police have charged the 19-year-old with DWI after he reportedly refused to submit to a test, as well as Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

He was scheduled to appear in Mount Pleasant Court August 15, police reported.
