Woman Killed by Car in Bedford
Deborah Healy-Seidlitz, a 49-year-old Pound Ridge resident, was struck and killed by a car Friday.
Deborah Healy-Seidlitz, a 49-year-old Pound Ridge resident, was struck and killed by a car Friday night in Bedford.
The accident occurred just before 8 p.m. near Truck, a restaurant on Old Post Road in Bedford. Healy-Seidlitz was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital shortly after 8 p.m., where she died as a result of her injuries.
Police had closed a section of the restaurant's parking lot while investigators inspected a damaged car, according to reports.

Traffic was temporarily diverted from the area.
Police have not released any further details on the accident.
