Naber appeared in village court today where her attorney Andrew Quinn entered a not guilty plea on her behalf.

A plea of 'not guilty' was entered -- on charges of driving an uninspected vehicle with a suspended license? I wonder how exactly one defends against charges based on evidence that was obvious to the arresting officers at the scene after Jane Shakman was mowed down on her bicycle.

I understand the identification of Valerie Naber as a resident of the Village of Briarcliff Manor is based on the police report. However, public records indicate that her address is instead in the Town of Ossining -- in a neighborhood served by the Briarcliff post office but which is NOT within the Village of Briarcliff Manor.
