Possible SCI for Pleasantville Drug Defendant

A Pleasantville man faces felony charges in both Tarrytown and Pleasantville.

Ronnie I. Bordin, the 55-year-old Pleasantville man accused of having pounds of marijuana, pills and cash in Tarrytown and at his Pleasantville home, may be offered a Superior Court Information (SCI) in both cases.

Bordin appeared in Pleasantville Village Court on June 25, days after his arraignment.

Bordin's attorney, James A. Schiff, noted the Tarrytown matter is also pending.

In Pleasantville, Bordin is charged with felony Possession of Marijuana in the Second Degree.

At the time of his arrest in Tarrytown, Bordin was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, with Intent to Sell; also a felony.

On June 25, Schiff said it's possible the Westchester County District Attorney's Office may offer a global disposition for both pending matters.

He stated Bordin is due in Tarrytown Court on July 24. The Pleasantville matter was adjourned to August 8.

Note: Arrests do not indicate convictions.
