Here’s an amazing test for your brain. Simply watch this image of a dancer. If you see her moving clockwise you’re more of a right brain person; if you see her moving counter-clockwise you’re more of a left brain person.
Right brain people are “big picture,” feeling, intuitive people; while left brain people are “detail oriented,” logical, fact-based people.
(Meditation, by the way, is said to increase right brain function.)
