A free one-hour introductory class this Saturday at 9 a.m. is open to all.
If you’re like many folks you may have been reading, hearing, even thinking about meditation for some time now, but haven’t come to a meditation session or taken a class yet yourself.
Well, you’re invited this Saturday morning at 9 a.m. I’ll be teaching an introductory class on meditation, and no matter your background you’ll feel welcome and comfortable. This easy, hour long get together will include a musical component and a guided meditation in addition to the introductory talk.
If you’ve been wondering about meditation and have wanted to experience it for the first time - or if this was part of your practice in the past and you’re thinking you might want to reconnect with it—you’re warmly invited to join us.
Whatever your background, religious, or non-religious affiliation(s) come join us. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, 9 a.m. (one hour), Pleasantville Community Synagogue, 219 Bedford Rd, Pleasantville, NY.
