This Sunday: A One-Day Yoga/Meditation Spirituality Retreat in Westchester

A day-long yoga/meditation spirituality retreat is planned for Sunday, December 8 in White Plains.

Sponsored by Westchester Jewish Community Services, the retreat offers instruction in Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and other rejuvenating spiritual practices.

I’ll be leading the session on Jewish Mindfulness Meditation. The other presenters include Rabbi Les Bronstein and Cantor Benjie Schiller (Living a Spiritual Practice), Eva Sax-Bolder (Sacred Chant and Movement), Rabbi Molly Karp (Spirit Dreams: The Joseph Cycle) Rabbi Jill Hammer (Jewish Dreamwork), Robin Wald (Jewish Yoga) and Rabbi Pamela Wax (Mussar). With Channukah around the corner, the retreat is titled “A Rededication to Your Soul.” Read more in detail about the teachers and classes.
