'Savor the Tastes of Summer - Cooking with Herbs'* is a unique cooking class designed to demonstrate how the use of fresh herbs can bring out the ultimate flavor of a dish and enhance it without added calories. Herbs have a variety of uses that include not just culinary but medicinal and spiritual as well. Our intention is to show you how easy and simple it is to cook healthy, delicious food using  fresh herbs found to be rich in vitamins, minerals, nutrients and enzymes that can boost your immunity, reduce inflammation, increase your antioxidants and prevent many diseases by improving your overall health. Come savor the tastes of summer!

*Weather permitting, our afternoon will also include a garden tour and spectacular views of the Hudson River.

Alyson L. Chugerman, CHHC, AADP  is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and Nutritionist. She is the founder of  Attain True Health, a private practice devoted to nurturing her clients to feel good about themselves, attain optimal health and find balance in all aspects of their lives. Alyson has been studying health, wellness and nutrition for over 12 years. Her coaching style is relaxed and non-judgmental. She enjoys motivating her clients to cook more for themselves and to become educated about their health. Alyson's programs gently guide clients to work at their own pace, taking small steps in their daily habits relating to food, physical activity, stress levels and sleep.
