The 2012-13 school year has begun in Pleasantville-Briarcliff Manor!
At in Briarcliff Manor Wednesday, parents of the incoming kindergarten class met with Principal Nadine McDermott for a special transition session in the morning.
"It's really the beginning of your child's formal education," she said.
Superintendent Neal Miller also spoke during the program.
"This is such an exciting day for you and your children," he told the parents. "Make sure you get pictures—you'll like that."
