Students Walk for Superstorm Sandy Relief [PHOTOS]

Briarcliff High School students raise money for relief efforts.

More than 70 students, teachers and families walked through the fog which shrouded the track at Briarcliff High School on Sunday morning to raise money to help an organization called All Hands Volunteers fund relief efforts in the wake of Superstorm Sandy, which ravaged the east coast a month ago.

Organized by student council co-presidents Meline Quigley and Jessica Post, students gathered at the track then took to walking in small groups, chatting or texting as they walked through the fog.

Anyone wishing to donate can visit the All Hands Volunteers website at: www.hands.org.
