Pace Student Athlete Advisory Committee Wins NE-10 Make-A-Wish Title for 2012 

PLEASANTVILLE, NY- The Northeast-10 Conference announced that the Pace University Athletics Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) won the 2012 NE-10 award for most money raised for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Pace is the third school in the NE-10 to receive this honor since the awards establishment. SAAC raised a total of $6,206.21 which is the highest total ever raised by a Pace SAAC. The group previously raised $5,000 during the 2010-11 school year.

Girls Hoops 

The Girls Basketball Coaches Association of New York (BCANY) Team will hold tryouts from 6:30-8:30 p.m. tonight at Ossining High School according to the LoHud Girls Basketball Blog.

Any girl who played in Section 1 this past season and is eligible to play high school basketball this winter is allowed to try out for the squad.
