Pace University's women's basketball team defeated the University of New Haven 71-53 and the men also defeated the Chargers 55-45.

Both games were played at Pace on Nov. 27.

Schwartz earns scholar-athlete award

Pleasantville senior diver Casandra Schwartz was given the scholar-athlete award by the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA).

 

Middle school sports underway

Yesterday was a big day for middle-school sports teams at Briarcliff and Pleasantville schools— it marked the first day of practice for their upcoming winter sports seasons.
