Gebhardt Nets Three Goals In Win Over American International

Matt Gebhardt (West Islip, NY/West Islip) netted three goals and an assist as the Setters defeated the Yellow Jackets of American International College 14-8. The Setters improve to 3-4 overall and 2-2 in the NE-10. Pace returns to action on Saturday, April 7 when the Setters will host the Penmen of Southern New Hampshire University in a Northeast-10 Conference match-up at 1 pm at Pace Field. Saturday’s game will be a fundraiser for the Michael J. Piegare Foundation and donations will be accepted throughout the game.

The Setters scored 15 runs on 18 hits as they outlasted the Warriors of Nyack College 15-10 in non-conference action. Pace improves to 15-10 overall on the season. The Setters travel to Southern New Hampshire for a doubleheader April 6 starting at 3 pm.
