Kadlick Nets Three Goals as Lacrosse Downs Southern New Hampshire 9-3

Senior Kevin Kadlick (Boston, Mass./Catholic Memorial) scored three goals as Pace defeated the Penmen of Southern New Hampshire 9-3 in Northeast-10 Conference action. The Setters improve to 4-4 overall and 3-2 in the Northeast-10.

During the game, the Pace Lacrosse team and the Michael Piegare Foundation teamed up to hold a fundraiser. Alumni, family and students were invited to the event and asked to contribute to the Michael Piegare Foundation at the gate. In total, the event raised over $600 for the Michael Piegare Foundation.

The Setters will host Adelphi University on Tuesday, April 10 as Pace Goes Pink at 4 pm.

Wright Hits Two Homeruns as Softball Splits with Merrimack

Hana Wright (Hillsboro, OR/Valley Catholic) went 4-for-8 with two homeruns and five RBI’s as the Setters split a doubleheader with the Warriors of Merrimack College. The Setters took the opener 6-2, while Merrimack won game two 7-5.

Pace is now 21-11 overall and 9-9 in the Northeast-10. The Setters are back in action on Wednesday, April 11 when Pace will travel to Springfield, MA for a Northeast-10 Conference twin bill against American International at 3 pm. 

Baseball Drops Doubleheader to Franklin Pierce

The Setters dropped a doubleheader to the Ravens of Franklin Pierce University in Northeast-10 Conference action. The Ravens took game one 10-1 and won the second game 11-2. The Setters fall to 16-13 overall and 7-6 in the NE-10. Charlie Galasso (West Harrison, NY/Harrison) recorded two RBI’s on the day for Pace.

The Setters return to action on Wednesday, April 11 when they will travel to Adelphi University for an NE-10 Southwest Division game at 3:30 pm.
