FLEMINGTON, N.J.- The Setters finished in ninth place at the All-Region show hosted at Briarwood Farms.

In Open Fences, Amanda Lackaye (Poughkeepsie, NY/Poughkeepsie) and Delaney Maddia (New York, NY/John Glenn) both finished in fifth place in their division. The Setters had three riders in the Novice Fences as Hatsue Matsuyama (Port Jervis, NY/Port Jervis) and Julia Bowler (South Salem, NY/John Jay) took fifth place in their division, while Tori-Ann Lena (Mahopac, NY/JFK) took fourth place.
In Open Flat, Lackaye took sixth place, while Matsuyama finished fourth in Intermediate Flat. In Novice Flat, Kathleen Marcason (Northvale, NJ/Northern Valley Regional) posted a second place finish, while Kathryn Tompkins finished in fifth place.
Emily Blakely took fifth place in the Walk Trot Canter, while Candice Mercado (Peekskill, NY/Walter Panas) came in third place in the Walk Trot event.
The Setters return to action on Saturday, March 2 when they will participate in the IHSA Regionals at Centenary College.
Pace Baseball
The Pace University baseball team's home game today against Mercy was moved to 2 p.m. according to its website.
County Center Hoops
The semifinals and finals of the Section 1 boys and girls basketball championships at the Westchester County Center in White Plains continue today with semifinal games.
Championship games then will follow on Saturday and Sunday.
