Practice Underway for Pace Football

Support the Setters at their home opener, Saturday, Sept. 15.

The Setters are back in action.

's NCAA Division II football team hit the field yesterday for its first pre-season practice.

The team will be practicing at Pleasantville High School and at Pace University's Tuttle Practice Field in  to gear up for the fall season opener at Bentley University on Friday, Aug. 31, which is also a Northeast-10 Conference matchup.

The Setters will be back home on Saturday, Sept. 15 for the home opener against University of New Haven at 1 p.m., also a conference game.

Pace finished the 2011-12 season with a 1-9 record.
